NATIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: American Fork, UT

Reports to: VP Marketing & Sales

Compensation: $95 - $115K base + commission

Your Role:

As a National Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for growing the company’s commercial sales presence, with a focus on promoting our innovative product lines. You’ll lead outreach to architects, general contractors, and developers, building relationships that drive product specifications and long- term business. This is a technical, consultative sales role where your knowledge of façade systems and your ability to guide project conversations will be key to your success.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and modular builders to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Deliver technical presentations and consultations to drive product specifications and sales
• Manage a full sales pipeline using HubSpot or similar CRM tools
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and project walkthroughs
• Provide market insights to support product and marketing strategy
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the building materials, construction, or commercial façade industry
• Experience selling or working with cladding systems such as EIFS, continuous insulation panels, thin brick, or masonry veneers
• Demonstrated success driving specifications in architectural and commercial projects
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret construction documents and wall system

• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)
• Ability to travel up to 50% nationally as needed
