Job Title: SAP BPC Consultant

Location: Onsite – Bay Area, CA

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) Consultant to join our onsite team in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of SAP experience with a strong focus on BPC implementations, enhancements, and support across various industry verticals. The role demands expertise in both BPC Standard (Classic) and Embedded models, strong functional knowledge of financial planning and consolidation processes, and hands-on configuration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support full-cycle implementations of SAP BPC (Standard and Embedded).
• Collaborate with Finance teams to gather requirements, design planning models, and build reporting solutions.
• Configure BPC environments including data manager packages, logic scripts, business rules, and EPM/Analysis for Office reports.
• Perform data integration using BW and ECC data sources.
• Support financial consolidation processes including intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and audit reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve BPC system issues and performance tuning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FI/CO, BW, HANA, BASIS) to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct training sessions and user documentation for business users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall SAP experience with a minimum of 6+ years in SAP BPC.
• Proven experience with both SAP BPC Standard and Embedded models.
• Strong functional knowledge in Finance (Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, Consolidation).
• Hands-on experience in BW modeling and BEx/AO reporting.
• Good understanding of SAP HANA and S/4HANA integration with BPC.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
• Experience working in onsite/offshore model preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP BPC Certification is a plus.
• Experience with SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) for Planning is an added advantage.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
