We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Finance and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including CRM integration. The role involves business analysis, defect resolution, backlog grooming, testing, and documentation to support SAP and CRM functionalities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and experience in ERP/CRM integrations. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze SAP OTC and CRM integration requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications. Identify process improvement opportunities in Finance, Sales, and IT functions. SAP Finance (OTC) & CRM Integration Support Serve as the SME for SAP OTC and CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce.com). Ensure seamless Order-to-Cash lifecycle processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and collections. Address data inconsistencies and integration challenges between SAP Finance and CRM systems. Support defect triaging, resolution efforts, and backlog prioritization. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions. Testing & Quality Assurance Develop and execute test scripts for functional, regression, and UAT testing. Work with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage across SAP and CRM functionalities. Validate system enhancements, upgrades, and patches. Documentation & Training Create user stories, process flows, and technical documentation. Develop training materials and provide end-user support. Maintain system configurations, integration points, and process change documentation. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Finance (OTC). Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including order management, invoicing, and revenue recognition. Experience integrating SAP Finance with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce). Hands-on experience with Azure or Jira for backlog management. Ability to write and execute test scripts, conduct UAT, and support defect resolution.
