Hello Social Workers!

Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is looking for School Social Workers for the 2025-2026 school year in the greater Rochester, Minnesota area! We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

Job Details:

• Full-Time, Part-Time, & Long-Term Substitute positions 
• Provide support to students addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Serve as a liaison between school, families, and community agencies
• Participate in special education evaluations and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings when appropriate
• Collaborate closely with the school-based special education team

Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota PELSB license -  K-12 Social Worker
• License with the Minnesota Board of Social Work
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
