School Social Worker Responsibilities
Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to students and families
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and outside agencies to support student well-being
Assess students' social, emotional, and environmental needs that impact learning
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of intervention plans
Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community to foster student success
