We are looking for a Senior Commercial Banking Regional Director in San Francisco, CA .

Essential Functions:

Responsible for performance and sales coaching for Relationship Managers within the region.

Responsible to establish, direct and coordinate sales performance for Relationship Managers.

Directs and coordinates a region's credit for business line.

Implements approved credit policies and procedures.

Responsible for managing the region's increase in market share.

Leads development and implementation of business line lending credit, production and budget goals.

Responsible for overseeing the region's successful and profitable lending operation for business line lending.

Approves, directs and coordinates loans.

Responsible to ensure region follows policies, procedures and mitigates risk.

Manages all aspects of credit for the business line within the region.

Recruits, trains and develops Relationship Managers.

Handles and resolves business line credit issues.

Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of commercial lending, credit analysis, credit structuring or other directly related experience. Management experience is required. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.

Expert knowledge of commercial lending, credit analysis, credit structuring, underwriting and overall lending policies and procedures, etc.

Experience in sales coaching with demonstrated success as a sales leader and coach.

Must have strong organizational, management, and customer service skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to communicate effectively with management.

Ability to influence others.

Ability to set and meet long term goals and maintain high quality work standards.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $301,000 - $368,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.

This position will be open until filled.
