Job Description
Our client, a stable and growing leader in the distribution and logistics sector, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial reporting, operational cost analysis, and strategic decision-making for nationwide operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and cost reports.
- Partner with operations to track KPIs, evaluate profitability, and control costs.
- Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Support budgets, forecasts, pricing, and contract evaluations.
- Identify process improvements and optimize ERP/reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- 3–5 years of FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis experience.
- Background in transportation, logistics, distribution, or asset-heavy operations.
- Strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, ERP experience.
- Analytical mindset with ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
