Base pay range

$105,700.00/yr - $132,200.00/yr

POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for our next Fenty Beauty digital copy superstar: You’ll be responsible for all digital copy pertaining to the brand—leading site, email, SMS and paid advertising copy for promotional events, product launches and seasonal campaigns. You’ll collaborate with the E-commerce, CRM and Performance Marketing teams to gather and employ feedback. And manage and mentor a small team of copywriters. Your copy is clear, clever and consumer-focused with a sense of humor and attitude that stays with ‘em. You’re very detail-oriented and data-hungry, but can also keep the big picture in mind. You thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. And, very importantly, you will champion Rihanna’s vision of “Beauty for All” in everything you do.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partners closely with manager on high-level initiatives
• Manages, mentors and inspires a small team of copywriters
• Enforces the brand voice across all channels
• Demonstrates strategic thinking and exceptional entrepreneurial/visionary qualities: Recognizes what the business needs, and anticipates the needs of cross-functional partners, asks the right questions to get the information needed to make an informed decision.
• Leads conversation and drives for decision-making from cross-functional partners
• Ecomm: Landing Pages, PDP Support, Exclusive Bundles
• CRM: Exclusive Promotions, Customer Journeys, Product Education
• Performance Marketing: Paid Social Ads, SEO Optimizations, Partnership Events
• Communicate with global copy, brand, marketing, EDU, legal and regulatory as needed to ensure product information is accurate and factual
• Partners with the design team to ensure copy is correctly flowed into design and finds integrated visual/copy solutions
• Proofs all assets for grammar + accuracy with extreme attention to detail and pride
• Stays current on beauty industry trends, social trends and competitors

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of copywriting experience; beauty experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience managing 1+ people
• Celebrity and founder brand experience a plus
• Digital copywriting experience
• SEO copywriting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative self-starter; ability to navigate a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Curiosity, intellect and a passion for great ideas; ability to bring them to life is essential
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
