Position Summary The Sam’s Club Merchandising Portfolio Finance Team is hiring a Senior Manager who will work closely with finance and business leaders to provide strategic leadership and help shape our member experience and company performance. The team manages all aspects of Sales and Gross Profit, including merchandising and channel decision support. About the Team: Join the Merchandise Portfolio Finance team to serve 30 million members weekly. As a dynamic, central team, we analyze trends and shopping behaviors impacting Sales and Gross Profit across Sam’s Segment. You will act as a partner to the business, reinforcing curation discipline and enhancing our member offerings. What you’ll do: Leverage Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in forecasting Coordinate forecasting inputs across teams Own the OneStream forecasting process Conduct daily sales forecasting and performance analysis Collaborate with Store Operations and eCommerce teams on customer and fulfillment channel forecasts What you’ll bring: Strong storytelling, communication, and influencing skills to convey complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and comfort with ambiguity Analytical skills to interpret complex financial data Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing leadership Proficiency with Onestream, SAP, PowerBI, and BigQuery Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability The above provides a general overview of the role. The annual salary range is $90,000 - $180,000, with potential bonuses based on performance. Minimum Qualifications... Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 4 years’ experience, or 6 years’ experience in finance/accounting. Plus, 1 year leading cross-functional projects and supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications... Optional qualifications include experience in data analysis, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a Master’s in Business Administration.
