We’re looking for a Principal Advertising Strategist to join our powerhouse team and lead advertising strategy for enterprise clients across Amazon and other retail media platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Strategy: Architect and execute complex Amazon PPC campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Client Partnership: Collaborate directly with enterprise clients, solving high-impact challenges through innovative advertising strategies.
- Data Mastery: Analyze performance data to uncover insights and build scalable, high-growth action plans.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and coach junior strategists; shape team best practices and culture.
- Operational Excellence: Develop tools, dashboards, and templates to streamline and elevate campaign execution.
- Innovation Focus: Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate AI and automation to boost performance.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years in digital advertising strategy, including 4+ years of Amazon PPC (agency experience preferred)
- Expertise in Amazon Ad Console , Seller Central , Vendor Central , and retail media platforms
- Hands-on experience with third-party tools and advanced reporting in Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong leadership, analytical, and storytelling skills
- Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, data-rich environment
- A growth mindset with a passion for mentoring and optimization
