Senior Piping Designer Recruiter at Hunter International Recruiting Hybrid – Cleveland, OH Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Senior Piping Designer Responsibilities Develop piping designs, including orthographic drawings, isometrics, and equipment layouts Review and mentor junior designers, ensuring accuracy and quality of project deliverables Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, project teams, and clients to integrate designs seamlessly Perform field verification, take measurements, and develop sketches to support design work Assist with project planning, including estimating design hours, material requirements, and project budgets Participate in project reviews, including 3D model evaluations and constructability assessments Support overall project goals by completing assigned design tasks and other related duties Senior Piping Designer Requirements Extensive experience in piping design within industrial sectors such as chemical, refining, power, polymer, or manufacturing Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or a related field preferred Proficiency in 3D piping design software (e.g., AutoCAD Plant 3D, Navisworks, or similar tools) Strong understanding of industrial piping standards, materials, and layout practices Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and lead design efforts when needed Willingness to perform fieldwork and occasional domestic travel as required Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to meet project quality, productivity, and safety standards Benefits 401(k) Vision insurance Medical insurance Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Design and Project Management Industries Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr Hunter Recruiting
