Position Title: Senior Process Engineer Pay Rate: $82,500 – 110,000 Multiple factors, including individual experience, skills, and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Category/Shift: Salaried Full-Time Physical Location: International Paper Mansfield Mill, 1202 Hwy. 509, Mansfield, LA 71052 The Job You Will Perform: Green Belt certification; eventually a Black Belt certification ME Lead for Lean and Six Sigma DI projects Facilitate FEL1 for Cost Reduction Capital, and oversee implementation of savings Coach and mentor Yellow Belt trainees Leverage and promote Six Sigma software tools such as Braincube, Envoy, SIMCA, and Minitab Participate in PRO Audits, vet larger projects; including CR capital Participate in REACH recruiting as needed Promote Lean/Six Sigma culture in the mill Other tasks as assigned The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering 2-5 years of engineering experience preferred Yellow Belt and White Belt Certified preferred Key Competencies: Action Oriented, Functional Technical Skill/Knowledge, Customer Focus, Innovation Management, Organizational Skills, Planning, Problem Solving, Priority Setting, Informing, and Managing through Systems. Candidates should also have good oral and written communication skills, in addition to being skilled in group and one-on-one.
