SEO Manager

Our client, a growing real estate and technology investment firm based in West Palm Beach, is looking to bring on a strategic and technically savvy SEO Manager to join their marketing team. This is a high-impact role where youll lead the charge in scaling their organic search strategy across hundreds of location-specific pages and national brand assets.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap across technical, content, and local SEO
• Build scalable content frameworks and page templates to support growth
• Lead technical audits and collaborate with developers to improve site health and performance
• Manage SEO vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends, translating them into actionable strategies
• Drive local SEO efforts including review generation, reputation management, and optimization of Google Business Profiles
• Explore AI tools and automation to enhance SEO workflows and insights
• Monitor performance metrics, run SEO experiments, and continuously optimize for results

What Theyre Looking For:

• 57 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in enterprise or multi-location environments
• Strong technical SEO skills including site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and indexation
• Experience with local SEO strategy and execution across multiple locations
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Contentful, or Strapi
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and more
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with developers, content teams, and external partners
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
