The Shift Lead oversees daily operations of the pizza and sub shop within the store, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inventory, arranging product displays, and supporting team members in providing excellent service. This role requires customer service experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced food retail environment.
