Job Highlights

• Pay: $17-19/hr

• Schedule: Full-time with mandatory overtime

• Location: Odessa, TX

Responsibilities

• Operate a motor vehicle (including a pickup truck with 20' trailer) to deliver and pick up materials, equipment, and machinery.

• Pack and label orders accurately following established shipping standards.

• Process and weigh packages, verify addresses, and stage shipments for delivery.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support other shipping/receiving tasks.

• Assist with general warehouse duties, including sweeping, pre-making boxes, and monitoring packaging supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

• Comfortable standing for 8–12 hours a day and working in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
