Skilled Laborers – Construction Trailer Refurbishment

Des Moines, IA | 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6am - 4pm | Full-Time | $20-$22/hourly

Job Overview: Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and build something that lasts? We’re hiring skilled laborers to join a hands-on team focused on refurbishing modular construction trailers. If you’ve got a knack for tools, an eye for detail, and a drive to learn multiple trades—this opportunity offers stability, growth, and year-round indoor work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Remove and replace doors, windows, flooring, siding, cabinets, and more
• Set up units: anchoring, leveling, seaming, installing steps, ramps, and canopies
• Knock down buildings for shipment: disconnect utilities, secure walls, clean sites
• Operate hand and power tools with precision
• Complete work orders using a digital Field Service App

Requirements

• Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and working around electrical systems
• Experience in carpentry, maintenance, drywall, flooring, or general labor
• Valid Drivers License & clean back ground record
