THE JOB:

Step into a leadership role at the luxurious Bellagio Spa & Salon. Were seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a team dedicated to delivering an unparalleled wellness experience. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping each guests journey, from ensuring flawless daily operations to resolving concerns with professionalism and care. Your leadership sets the tone for a serene, seamless environment where luxury meets relaxation. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for service, youll help create moments that leave a lasting impression.

THE STARTING RATE:

$25.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise the daily operation to ensure efficiency and accept full responsibility for the department in the absence of the manager and director
• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
• Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
• Make recommendations to the manager in regard to the hiring and discipline of staff
• Responsible for the training of all employees in the operation.
• Ensure timely completion and resolution of timekeeping and payroll issues, communicate and implement company policies and objectives to employees, maintain efficient scheduling, staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service and maximize all revenue opportunities

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years in hospitality background is preferred
• Knowledgeable in Spa & Salon services and has a passion for wellness, and selfcare
• Leadership experience in a Spa & Salon or resort setting
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older
