SLP & SLPA – 2 Full-Time Positions (1099) | Pediatric Clinic | Las Vegas, NV

Sounds Good Speech Language Therapy is expanding and we are hiring TWO full-time clinicians :

• Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or CFY)
• Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

We are a supportive, play-based pediatric clinic — no burnout culture, no chaos, and no chasing parents/insurance. Admin handles scheduling, billing, and insurance, so you focus on therapy.

Open to candidates relocating from out of state.

We also welcome license transfer applicants (Nevada has an endorsement/licensure transfer process).

What You’ll Love

• Full caseload provided (30–35 billable hours/week)
• 30-minute sessions to keep therapy energy high
• Same-day documentation time built into the schedule
• Weekly check-ins, shadowing if needed, mentorship for new grads
• Collaborative, warm environment — not production factory therapy

Caseload

• Outpatient pediatric clinic
• ~50% autism / 50% general pediatrics
• Feeding therapy optional
• Spanish bilingual a plus (not required)

Compensation (1099 contractor)

• SLPA: $25–$35/hr
• SLP/CFY: $50–$58/hr
• Monthly + quarterly bonuses
• CEU/licensure support
• Free parking
• Benefit contribution: After 3 months of consistent full-time caseload, the clinic provides a contribution toward health and dental insurance.

Both positions are 1099 independent contractor roles (you manage your own taxes/benefits).
