Job Description Implement and support a SPLUNK SIEM solution. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that client is able to meet customers’ expectations and deliver quality services within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations. Ensure that all Service Management processes are followed and all incidents and requests are addressed within the required time to adhere to published SLAs. Perform system maintenance and maintain current documentation. Qualifications 8-10 years’ experience supporting a SIEM solution with 3+ years’ experience implementing and supporting SPLUNK. SPLUNK Installation and configuration management experience, creation, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of SPLUNK Dashboards. Capable of configuring debug and resolve issues with SPLUNK agents on various servers. Experience in system administration, security monitoring, IDS, experience building use cases in a SIEM.
