Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel-level Labor & Employment Attorney to join its nationally recognized Labor Relations Practice. This position may be based out of any of the firm’s national offices. Position Overview

The firm is seeking a skilled and strategic attorney with 6+ years of experience advising employers on traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, and union avoidance strategies.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Deep knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)

• Experience managing union organizing campaigns, grievance arbitrations, and board proceedings

• Familiarity with high-stakes OSHA issues is a plus

• Excellent client service and case management skills

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of intended practice

• Strong academic credentials

• Outstanding legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to handle complex matters independently and as part of a team

• Collaborative mindset and interest in helping grow a national labor practice

• Salary Range : $275,000–$385,000 (based on experience and title)

• Discretionary performance bonus potential
