Job Title: Sr Project Manager (PACS - EPIC Integration) Primary Location: REMOTE Position Type: Direct hire or Contract to hire (will be a rapid transition to hire) TalentFish is casting a line for a Senior Project Manager. This is a direct hire or quick flip contract to hire . This role is open due to the integration of PACS This position is responsible for facilitating successful project delivery including the planning, scheduling, and execution. The Sr Project Manager will be working on a PACS/MERGE, Powerscribe program integrating with EPIC imaging systems. Utilizing Project Management (PM) methodologies, while managing all project team members (organizational resources and engaged third party vendors/consultants) to deliver solutions according to project scope and goals. Overseeing project documents and deliverables and reporting. Work with current systems and processes supporting operations team. Mentor and coach team members. What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience) Bachelor's degree - required - in business administration, projection management, health care or related discipline. Experience Project Managing PACS (Either Client or MERGE or both) and Powerscribe (Nuance) preferrable Epic integrations. 6 years plus of project management experience required. PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification required within one year of hire. Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills. Proficient and functional knowledge of MS Office (including Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Outlook) and Project Management software. Thorough knowledge of formal project management methodologies and proven skill in effective execution. Demonstrates strong knowledge and competency regarding lean tools, methods and mindset. Hours outside normal business hours may be occasionally required to meet project deadlines. (Skills Used in this Position) Effectively manages multiple projects simultaneously leveraging required and available resources. Direct and manage project development and progress full lifecycle Guides teams as they work with project sponsors and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, tasks, milestones, budgets, and measures of success. Establishes project governance with key leaders and stakeholders and facilitates governance activities to ensure leadership effectively clears roadblocks and promotes the success of the project. cts as liaison between IT stakeholders to strengthen understanding of business-aligned goals. Drafts and submits budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes. Plans, estimates, and control project costs, including resource planning, to ensure project is delivered on time and within budget. Builds, develops, and grows any business relationships vital to the success of the project. Estimates and identifies the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Negotiates with contractors and internal department managers for the acquisition of required personnel. Identifies and manages project resource needs and goals - strategies, staffing, scheduling, issue resolution, contingency plans, communication plans, and change control. Determines the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyzes results and troubleshoots problem areas. Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path. Identifies and resolves issues/conflicts and/or escalates where appropriate for resolution. Proactively manages potential scope and schedule changes. Where required, escalates based upon standards established within communication plan. Guides team in the maintenance of project management guidelines, training programs, policies, and procedures. Conducts project lessons learned sessions and creates a recommendations report in order to develop best practices and tools for project execution and management. Performs other related duties as assigned. Compensation Information The expected salary range for this position is $100 - $160 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
