Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Staff Accountant to assist with portfolio management for a designated client portfolio. This role ensures timely, accurate reporting aligned with departmental standards and supports both clients and assigned Investment Brokers with inquiries and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update monthly reports
• Perform daily accounting tasks, including trading updates and monthly processing
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of client communications
• Respond to client and internal inquiries professionally
• Maintain documentation for annual regulatory audits
• Collaborate with team members and adapt to process or regulatory changes

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of relevant industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Background in customer service or banking is a plus
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
