Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Trailer Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on all types of trailers, ensuring they meet safety and DOT standards. Our shop only offers trailer repairs, we do not work on Trucks.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair trailer systems including brakes, suspension, and electrical.
• Perform preventative maintenance and federal inspections.
• Repair and replace trailer parts such as axles, doors, floors, tires, and wiring.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience as a trailer mechanic (preferred).
• Knowledge of air brake systems, electrical wiring, and welding/fabrication (a plus).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and use standard shop tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:30 PM (No weekends)
• Pay: Based on experience
