Pay & Benefits:

• $19–$22/hr base pay (based on shift)
• Weekly performance bonuses
• Paid training— no prior experience in travel needed!

What a Day Looks Like:

• Make and receive calls (no cold calling!)
• Guide and persuade guests to set vacation dates
• Follow a script with energy and personality
• Collect payments and confirm trip details
• Track performance metrics and hit daily goals
• Receive coaching and apply it immediately—this is our #1 requirement

Other Details:

• Full-time only
• Morning, evening, and weekend teams available
• In-office role in Myrtle Beach (no remote work)
• Must be 18+ and able to commute daily
