ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Red Cloud, Nebraska.

\nRN - Med Surg
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts with shift and weekend requirements determined at time of request
\n• Schedule posted 4 weeks at a time with block scheduling available on night shift
\n• Work in 13-bed Critical Access Facility with ER (3 bays) and Acute Care unit
\n• Staff ratios: Day shift - 1 RN, 1 LPN, and 1 Aide; Night shift - 1 RN and 1 LPN
\n• Average 1-5 patient visits per shift with very low inpatient patient days
\n• Must be skilled in Emergency Room care and comfortable with BiPAP to stabilize patients
\n• Must be able to start IVs as no code team is available
\n• Use Cerner charting system, Omnicell for medications, and Plum IV pumps
\n• Minimum 2 years of experience in ER and Med Surg required
\n• Previous Critical Access Facility or community hospital experience preferred
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (American Heart Association), and TNCC
\n• Nebraska nursing license or Compact state license required
\n• Professional scrub top and bottom required (any color), no crocs allowed
\n• Orientation includes 1 day shift and 2 night shifts (if working nights) for total of 3 orientation shifts
\n• Complete HealthStream modules and HR requirements during orientation
