• Shifts: Monday - Friday, 08:00-16:00

Key Requirements

• Licensure: Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain)
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Certifications: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Experience: Strong teamwork and patient care skills
• Vaccination: Required
