Client offers a variety of outpatient services, including

• Lab Services/Blood Draw
\t
• Audiology
\t
• Occupational Health 

Laboratory Services/Blood Draw We offer lab services to help detect and monitor disease and illness. Your lab testing can be completed at VRH through an order by your physician or other provider.

Audiology 
The Audiology Department at Valley Regional Hospital identifies and monitors hearing loss to ensure prompt medical diagnosis, treatment and intervention. We offer the following services:

• Dispensing assistive listening devices
\t
• Hearing aid evaluations, fittings and repairs
\t
• Hearing evaluations for children and adults
\t
• Middle ear assessment
\t
• Otoacoustic emissions (OAE’s)
\t
• Preventative hearing care

Occupational Health

\t
• Department of Transportation (DOT)
\t
• Drug and Alcohol Testing
\t
• Ergonomic Assessments
\t
• Hearing Tests
\t
• Immunizations
\t
• Physicals
\t
• Pre-employment physicals
\t
• Respirator Clearance Exams
\t
• Respirator Fit Testing
\t
• TB Testing
\t
• Vision Tests

This is a very small unit/facility, rural experience is preferred.  Must be able to work independently/Hit the ground running! 

 

Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color

Requirements

\t
• 3+ years current CLINIC/Primary Care experience [required]
\t
• 2+ years CURRENT Triage experience [required]
\t
• ATHENA EMR EXPERIENCE [REQUIRED]
\t
• Traveler must have experience with and is comfortable giving injections / drawing blood [required]
\t
• Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred
\t
• Adult Outpatient Experience [required]
\t
• Rural/small facility experience – Highly Preferred
\t
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment

New Hampshire - Compact Allowed: True

Additional License Requirements

NH or Compact RN license must be in-hand at submission. Facility will not pend.
