• Casual Employee (per diem, hourly Clinician role)

• Seeing patients in the Atlanta Metro area

What you'll be working on

\n

\n
• Seeing 65+ and Medicare patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
\n
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
\n
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams 
\n
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures 
\n

\n

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role

\n

\n
• At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
\n
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Georgia.
\n
• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
\n
• Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
\n
• Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine required.
\n
