Health Care Alliance NA is seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Video Editor / Social Media Account Manager . This hybrid role is perfect for a creative professional who is passionate about storytelling through video and skilled at managing and growing a strong brand presence across digital platforms. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing compelling video content while overseeing the daily management and strategy of our primary social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities: Video Editing & Production
  • Edit and Produce Content: Transform raw footage into polished, engaging video content optimized for various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Post-Production: Manage all aspects of post-production, including color correction, sound design/mixing, motion graphics, and integrating visual effects.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm video concepts that align with current social media trends and company goals.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all videos meet high production standards, brand guidelines, and platform-specific technical requirements.
Social Media Account Management
  • Daily Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of key social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community management.
  • Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower count.
  • Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand captions and calls-to-action for all social media posts.
  • Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, conversion) to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current with the latest social media features, algorithm changes, and viral trends to ensure content is relevant and timely.
Requirements: Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in video editing and social media management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro ) and proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop).
  • Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of the native features, best practices, and analytics tools for major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Creative Skills: Strong visual storytelling ability and a keen eye for aesthetics, pacing, and current editing styles.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and compelling copywriting.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet strict deadlines, and maintain an organized content calendar.
