We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and clerical support in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will assist with daily business operations, manage schedules and communications, and support internal teams to ensure efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support including email management, scheduling, and calendar coordination
Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets
Manage data entry, record keeping, and file organization
Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes
Handle correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders
Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping support
Support project coordination and task tracking across teams
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company records
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or office coordination
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and common collaboration tools
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage priorities in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting executives or senior management
Familiarity with project management, CRM, or accounting software
Experience working in a fast-paced or professional services environment
