  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to achieve strategic goals and measurable outcomes.

Financial & Vendor Management

  • Oversee budgets with discipline, ensuring efficiency and strong return on investment.
  • Build and manage productive relationships with agencies and vendors, tracking performance and results.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven leader across media relations, internal, and digital communications.
  • Experienced in developing strategies that engage diverse audiences and drive business outcomes.
  • 15+ years of communications experience in complex or regulated industries (e.g., energy, pharma, or sustainability).
  • Strong relationships with media and experience serving as a senior spokesperson.
  • Skilled at managing teams, budgets, and external partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker and compelling storyteller able to simplify complex topics.
  • Inclusive, collaborative leader who values diverse perspectives and fosters connection.
  • Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and purpose-driven communication.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Special Features

  • North America–based role with flexible work options.
