Job Description

Warehouse Operations Trainer:

• Responsible for assisting with creating trainings for the company, training all levels of employees on various topics (warehouse procedures, safety procedures, FDA/OSHA compliance, etc.), tracking the training for all staff, and be required to occasionally travel to various locations to train for the company.
• Develops, stages, and maintains realistic training applications for employee use and demonstration of processes and functions.
• Hosts live in classroom, virtual, recorded, and on-site training sessions.
• Works with departments and leaders to develop instructional plans to meet objectives of new business processes.
• Defines and determines training needs in accordance with Unis and regulatory requirements.
• Partners with operational counterparts to ensure alignment in training needs.
• Fill in as needed on warehouse floor and/or work with operations to train on new procedures on floor.
• Responsible for the quality of training provided.
• Maintain training materials for compliance and audits.
• Interface with all levels of employees.
• Must have confidence and is good with speaking/training in front of others because there will be times that you won’t be behind the Team’s screen.

Requirements:

• Minimum three -five years of Training Experience in Warehousing is required.
• Bilingual Desired
• Experience in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to operate forklift, scissor lift, pallet jack, etc.
