Job Title: Picker/Packer
Location: Fairfield, OH
Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Pay: $16.63 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our Fairfield, OH team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing products for shipment, ensuring quality and efficiency to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Select and pick products according to order specifications
Pack items securely and prepare them for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow safety protocols and company policies
Assist with inventory control and quality checks as needed
Requirements:
Ability to work 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM shift
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift and move packages as required
Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred but not required
