Welder: (Entry - Mid level)
Our client is seeking an Entry-level to Mid-level welder for their busy sheet metal and fabrication shop. This is a Temp to Hire position.
Paid Working Interview for immediate hire.
Location: East Tulsa area

Job duties:
-Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
-Proficient with a tape measure
-Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
-Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g., cut material with powered saws to match measurements)
-Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
-Align components using squares, tape measure, etc. and clamps
-Weld components using MIG welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead)
-Have ability to weld (18-24ga sheet metal) and heavier plate (1/2" plate)
-Familiar with welding square tubing, I-beam, channel, and other structural shapes.
-Assemble components with help of power and hand tools
-Has excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Pay: Starting rate is $17-19
Hours: M-F 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Possible overtime on Saturday
