Workday Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workday Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role involves close collaboration with Human Resources, Information Technology, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the system aligns with business needs and operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, and Talent.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues and provide end-user support.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Ensure data integrity through audits, validations, and regular data maintenance.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and Workday releases.
- Document system processes and provide training to end-users as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working with Workday HCM or related systems.
- Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and data flows.
- Strong API integration skills.
- Experience with report writing and Workday calculated fields.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Workday Security roles and configuration.
- Familiarity with Workday community.
