Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and driven Associate Large Market Consultants to join our team. This client-facing role requires a strong background in account management and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Communicate, present, and influence effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight and conflicting deadlines.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, making sound decisions under pressure.
• Collaborate with team members to balance workload and support shared goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure timely follow-through on tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or similar role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, assertive, and adaptable approach.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) and project management platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to foster strong working relationships with peers and clients.
• Commitment to team values and company culture.
