Commercial Project Manager

We are a GC based out of Macon, GA and perform services such as Design-Build, Pre-Construction, Construction Management, and General Contracting.

 

We specialize in Automotive, Government, Higher Ed, Historical, Industrial, k-12, medical, and more! 

 

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in LaGrange because we have multiple projects to complete!

What You Will Be Doing

• The role will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, from start through completion. 

• The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years' construction PM/field experience. They will be responsible for Pre-construction/ Design/ Planning.

What You Need for this Position

• Previous experience with project documents, including submittals, RFI's, change orders, invoices and payments, lien releases, etc

• Previous experience in scheduling, coordination and management of all Owner-direct vendors, consultants.

• Formal Project Management methods

• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Bachelors Degree in field is preferred
