Job Description

As Vestmark embarks upon our next stage of growth and evolution, Vestmark Advisory Solutions seeks an Investment Solutions Analyst as a supporting member of the Vestmark Manager Marketplace (VMM) team, assisting with manager model delivery to external destinations. This role requires effective problem-solving and broad financial services knowledge with evolving technical skills. The Investment Solutions Analyst will assist team members in processing requests from external clients and asset managers for onboarding new investment strategies and maintaining an inventory of models utilized by underlying sponsors. The role will participate in implementing process improvements, scaling VMM operations, and delivering exceptional service to model providers, subscribers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Vestmark Manager Marketplace (VMM) team in delivering manager models to external destinations
  • Assist with the client onboarding process, including tracking completion of contract paperwork, user portal setup, and model subscription activation
  • Support relationship building efforts with asset managers, financial institutions, and other partners under guidance to help expand the range of investment products and services available on the platform
  • Assist with daily client maintenance, including routine support requests and inquiries, new model setups, and portal user management
  • Help automate repetitive tasks and provide data analytics support
  • Support interactions with model providers and model subscribers to ensure information is correct and current
  • Help monitor VAS portals to ensure model lifecycles are complete and current
  • Coordinate with internal counterparts on both technical and relationship issues as needed
  • Contribute to formal process and procedures documentation under guidance
  • Support testing of system functionality as part of platform maintenance updates and upgrades
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in the managed accounts industry, with exposure to model delivery preferred
  • Basic understanding of portfolio management and trading with some experience in brokerage and/or securities related industry
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; Python and/or other programming languages a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to learn and grow
  • Good writing skills, including ability to describe business requirements and create process flow diagrams using tools like Visio or Confluence

  • Good communication and organizational skills with ability to communicate concepts clearly

Preferred Qualifications
  • FINRA licenses and certifications such as CFA, CFP, CIMA are a plus

Vestmark takes a market-based approach to compensation to ensure we pay fairly and competitively. Compensation for this role depends on several factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, job scope and location.

In addition to base salary, Vestmark offers a comprehensive total rewards package, which includes equity-based grants for all new hires, company-paid medical premiums of 90%, a competitive time-off program, and other variable compensation, if eligible.

Salary range

$80,000-$90,000 USD
