Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, internet, and fax regarding products, pricing, and related questions. Manage and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. Process customer orders accurately and timely, coordinating with other departments to confirm product availability and delivery details. Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to address customer questions and resolve issues effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance and continuous improvement. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service or related training is a plus. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in read and speaking English. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with computer systems, including MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Work Environment Ability to work at a desk with extended periods of sitting and standing.
