Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements related to process improvements and operational analysis for customer-facing services.
• Oversee skilled client and KPMG teams throughout project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery.
• Apply consulting expertise and industry knowledge in project execution.
• Establish client value propositions aligned with financial metrics and CFO priorities.
• Lead proposal development and business development activities, leveraging relationships with C-level executives.
• Contribute to engagement planning, resource management, and staff development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum ten years of management consulting experience, focusing on Front, Middle, and Back Office Transformation in subscription and consumption models within the Technology Sector, including at least five years leading teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience in Transformation Management, SaaS/XaaS transformations, Enterprise Architecture, and organizational change management.
• Proven ability in design thinking, benchmarking, analysis, and implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple teams and engagements.
