We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spray Foam Insulation Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of polyurethane foam insulation in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires technical proficiency in handling spray foam equipment, adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, energy-efficient results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Equipment Operation: Safely and effectively operate and maintain all spray foam equipment, including reactors, hoses, guns, and proportioning units (e.g., Graco, PMC).
2. Preparation: Prepare job sites, including masking, sealing, and covering surfaces to protect against overspray, ensuring the surrounding environment is kept clean and undamaged.
3. Installation: Apply both open-cell and closed-cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF) according to project specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and local building codes.
4. Material Handling: Load, unload, and manage chemical components (ISO and Resin) and ensure proper storage and inventory tracking.
5. Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure uniform application, proper density, and complete coverage, performing touch-ups as necessary.
6. Safety Compliance: Rigorously adhere to all company safety policies, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as respirators, suits, and gloves.
7. Maintenance: Conduct routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on all installation equipment to minimize downtime and ensure peak performance.
8. Teamwork: Communicate effectively with the installation crew leader and other team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience operating spray foam equipment and applying SPF preferred.
• Certification or training in the application of Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) is highly preferred.
• Thorough understanding of safety procedures related to chemicals and high-pressure equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and work orders.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces, high altitudes, and various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
