WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN Psychiatric for a local contract nursing job in Westfield, Pennsylvania.

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in the Psychiatric unit at a recovery center located in Westfield, PA.

Job Function:

\n

\n

• Night Shift.
\n
• 6pm - 6:30am.
\n

• Prepare and administer prescribed medications orally, subcutaneously, or through an IV, and document accordingly.

  \n
\n

• Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments, following policies and procedures for medication administration.

  \n
\n

• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs.

  \n
\n

• Monitor and adjust specialized medical equipment and interpret and document electronic displays.

  \n
\n

• Initiate corrective action as needed to ensure patient safety and care.

  \n
\n

\n

\n

Job Requirements:

\n

• 1 year of current Psychiatric or Behavioral Health RN experience is required.

  \n
\n

• Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.

  \n
\n

• BLS certification required.

  \n
\n

• CPI certification preferred.

  \n
\n

• Familiarity with HCS charting system is a plus.

  \n
\n
