Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with electrical knowledge and mechanical aptitude to join our team. This role will support our wiring production facility by maintaining and repairing machinery, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical issues.

Skills and Experience:

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with wiring equipment or in a similar manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of PLCs, motors, and electrical controls (a plus but not required).

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in industrial or machine maintenance (wiring/manufacturing environment preferred).

• Basic electrical experience (wiring, schematics, troubleshooting).

• Strong mechanical skills with the ability to repair, replace, and adjust machine components.

• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work overtime or different shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery and equipment.

• Handle electrical tasks such as wiring, testing, and diagnosing electrical issues.

• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.

• Assist in machine setup, calibration, and adjustments as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.

• Collaborate with production teams to quickly resolve equipment issues.
