What You'll Do
Greet and check in temporary staff daily
Support onboarding: distribute badges, collect paperwork, and facilitate orientations
Monitor and track employee attendance and timekeeping
Act as the first point of contact for employee questions and workplace issues
Escalate more complex matters to the Onsite Manager
Maintain accurate employee records and rosters
Communicate shift updates, changes, and announcements clearly to employees and clients
Assist with interview coordination, hiring, and compliance tasks
Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, reporting, travel coordination including booking and maintaining travel records)
Uphold safety standards and ensure policy compliance
This is full-time work. Schedule is Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. The pay rate is $26/hour.
High school education or GED is desirable for this position. Some college courses in business-related field helpful.
Previous experience in staffing, HR or administrative support, preferred.
Proficient with basic computer systems, including timekeeping and reporting platforms and Microsoft Suites. Experience with CRM tools preferred.
