Job Description Job Title: Shipping Associate - Urgent Hire! Pay : $18.00/hr Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Shipping Associate for a Temp-Hire position with our client, a Rapidly growing, Modern and Progressive Company with a 'Work-Hard / Play Hard' Team Environment, who designs, manufactures and custom fits Putters, located in Creswell, Oregon. The Shipping Associate will play an essential role in the hands on logistics of high end putters. The ideal candidate will maintain an organized and safe environment while actively contributing to the efficient logistics of putters. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a large and local manufacturing facility and further your career in this industry, located in Creswell, Oregon . As a Shipping Associate, you will be responsible for: Order picking and packing in shipping department Quality Control overlap in shipping department Fix minor issues as Necessary You will be provided ample training on how to do so Accurately package and label finished products, with a focus on both precision and efficiency General Cleanup as needed The ideal candidate for this role will have: Prior shipping experience and good computer skills required Experience with Shippo, FedEx, Worldship, spreadsheets, etc is strongly preferred Must be someone who takes pride in the work that they do and the quality of work being performed Strong attention to detail is a must Must be able to follow SOP(s) and directives - Not being afraid to ask questions Must be able to Multi-Task Must showcase the ability to work both independently with little supervision, as well as being able to be a team player and work as part of a larger team Must possess strong problem solving skills, as well as being able to make independent decisions and judgement calls Having a Passion for the Sport of Golf is Always a Plus, but Not Required Benefits: Vision insurance Parental leave Paid time off On-the-job training Life insurance Health insurance Flexible spending account Employee discount Dental insurance 401(k) Ask us about our Referral Bonus Program to earn extra cash!
