Job Description
Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Will assist with individual Tax preparation, posting, data entry, bank reconciliation, spreadsheets, filing and other office tasks. Must need to be familiar with office machinery, good with numbers, Microsoft office, answering phones, filing and must be able to multy-task when needed. Work is M-F. You can set up your work hours between 30 & 40 hours per week, plus commissions and vacations paid.
