Selby Jennings is working with an Austin, TX based Private Equity & Debt firm that is building out their investment team and is seeking an Associate addition in 2025. This firm is a family office managing 5 portfolio companies and invest on a deal by deal basis. Additionally, they will be raising a dedicated Fund 1 in the next year or two, targeting $200 - $300M. This firm primarily invests in the industrials and business services sectors. The opportunity is here to get in on the ground floor of a stable investment firm with great investor support from the family and outside LPs, where there is immense room for growth and high upside.
Qualifications:
Finance or related Bachelor's degree
Experience at an investment bank, private equity or private credit firm.
Strong LBO modelling experience
Comfortable working on a lean team with diverse responsibilities
